How to Register: To register, download a copy of the registration form (please use a separate form for each person attending). Complete the form and send by fax, postal mail, or contact us via email at events@kendallhunt.com.

Location:  The seminar will be held at the Desert Rose Resort, 5051 Duke Ellington Way, Las Vegas, Nevada 89119.

Price:  Registration for the 2-day symposium (October 22-23, 2010) is $425 per person. Hotel accommodations for Friday night are included in the registration fee. A price of $355 per person is available if you choose to commute; therefore this price does not include Friday night hotel costs. Registration cost includes lunch on Friday and continental breakfast on Saturday.  All other meals are at the participant’s expense. All transportation costs are the responsibility of the participant.

Pre-symposium workshops (October 21, 2010) are an additional $100 per person, and are not included in the standard registration cost.

All accommodations for this symposium are on-site in spacious condo-style suites. Each suite includes a separate kitchen, dining, living and bedroom area, and a private balcony/patio space. Accommodations for a Thursday night stay (October 21, 2010) is available for a reduced rate. The cost for the Thursday night stay (October 21, 2010) is the responsibility of the participant and a credit card must be provided. On site parking is available free of charge.

Thursday night rates are:
One-bedroom suite - $79/night + 12% tax
Two-bedroom suite - $129/night +12% tax (this suite includes two separate sleeping rooms and two private baths)

Cancellations/Substitutions: Cancellations received more than two weeks prior to this symposium will be refunded less a 10% handling fee. Cancellations must be made in writing to the contact information below. Participants who cancel less than two weeks prior, or do not attend, will result in a forfeiture of the full registration cost. Substitutions may be made at any time, please send substitution information to the contact below:

Kendall Hunt reserves the right to cancel this seminar if enrollment criteria are not met or when conditions beyond its control prevail. If the seminar is not held, Kendall Hunt will be responsible for refunding the cost of seminar fees only.  Transportation costs will not be refunded.
