How to Register: To register, download a copy of the registration form (please use a separate form for each person attending). Complete the form and send by fax, postal mail, or contact us via email at events@kendallhunt.com.

The deadline for registration is March 5, 2012. Late registrations will be accepted if space is available.

Location:  The seminar will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton - Atlanta Buckhead in the heart of trendy Buckhead.

Price:  Registration for the 2-day symposium (March 31 - April 1, 2012) is $500 per person. Hotel accommodations for Saturday night are included in the registration fee. A price of $425 per person is available if you choose to commute; therefore this price does not include Saturday night hotel costs. Registration cost includes lunch and cocktail reception on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday.  All other meals are at the participant’s expense. All transportation costs are the responsibility of the participant.

Pre-symposium workshops (March 30, 2012) are an additional $100 per person, and are not included in the standard registration cost.

Accommodations for a Friday night stay (March 30, 2012) and additional hotel nights are available for3 days before and after the conference dates at a reduced rate of $109 + 16% tax. The cost for the Friday night stay (March 30, 2012) and any adiitonal nights is the responsibility of the participant. Rooms must be booked through Kendall Hunt Publishing and a credit card must be provided on the registration form to receive the discounted rate.

Complimentary parking, along with complimentary transportation to and from the airport and any location within a three-mile radius.

Cancellations/Substitutions: Cancellations received more than two weeks prior to this symposium will be refunded less a 10% handling fee. Cancellations must be made in writing to the contact information below. Participants who cancel less than two weeks prior, or do not attend, will result in a forfeiture of the full registration cost. Kendall Hunt reserves the right to cancel this seminar if enrollment criteria are not met or when conditions beyond its control prevail. If the seminar is not held, Kendall Hunt will be responsible for refunding the cost of seminar fees only. Transportation costs will not be refunded.
